This work aims to analyze the relationship between the development of the cultural industry and the production of comic books, starting from a historical and social approach to understand the changes that occur in these productions. From the appearance of the first superhero comics, especially the emblematic figure of Superman, its ideological construction in relation to historical and social contexts is analyzed.
